When I first started this list, I thought it would be valued for its utility. As I've poured out my reflections and favorite resources, I've learned the value is more - it's heart. As I share what's rattling my bones, I've found yours are rattling, too. So this year, I'm reframing this list as love letters - letters about our minds, hearts AND guts in this work, rooted in love.

This year I had the blessing to work with leaders from Lewiston/Auburn to address hate, violence and division in our community. Together, Maine Community Integration, Maine Council of Churches and Maine People’s Resource Center engaged over 250 neighbors from diverse backgrounds to break down stereotypes and barriers to connection in our community.
