Coaching with Nico has helped me tune my ear to better listen to my inner voice – an inner voice that wants to see me grow and thrive, face challenges with grace, hold myself with deep compassion, and get some fabulous shit done. The work gets messy, and I’ve even told Nico there are times I feel resistant, reluctant, even mad at her for urging me to do things I don’t want to have to do.
