Exploring social identity

Here we explore what determines the outcomes of our governmental, economic and social systems. We can start with an appreciation of the complexity of social identities, those generic and inadequate constructions that are usually contrived, conflicting, and forced upon ourselves and others. Too often they contribute to unrealistic and antiquated mental frameworks. Here are tools we have found beneficial in reshaping our thinking. New tools are being developed all the time, and we’ll do our best to update these resources regularly, as this is a consequential and dynamic subject. * Sections of this pathway remain under construction as we continue to add resources and tools to the field guide. If you have a link or tool to share, please email us at research@upwithcommunity.org and we’ll check it out.
