ABOUT THIS PATHWAY
Major strategic initiatives need the solid foundation of a healthy organization to flourish. This includes effective internal communications, focused decision-making, useful performance evaluation, life-giving management, and conflict resolution. It is important to routinely check in on the health of these systems and make necessary adjustments. We must invest in building trusting working environments, rooted in strong relationships and radical inclusivity for who we are as people. We typically don’t fall short in this area because we are bad people. It’s because there are real, meaningful barriers to growth. This pathway, in coordination with Preparing Yourself for Change and Understanding How Our World Works, can offer options for working through your teams’ challenges.

Aim to address root causes of inefficacy, inequity, and injustice by seeking to become aware of and analyze problems and issues.
