Aligning purpose, outcome and process
Our purpose powers us through the toughest learning challenges. We must align our purpose with our outcomes and processes.
POP Model
The POP model help you and your team create actions that are centered on results. This is useful if you’re build collective clarity and alignment on an idea, project, initiative, etc. The POP model was created by Leslie Sholl Jaffe and Randy Alford’s POP model, and is shared graciously by the Social Transformation Project.
