The Equity Learning Lab (ELL) is a project to build the capacity of health equity organizations to advance racial+ equity in their work. The ELL provided customized support to enable organizations to make progress on racial+ equity in their organizations within a cohort. The organizations received coaching and consulting services, an extensive curriculum of resources and tools, and a structure that promoted peer learning across multiple organizations of varying sizes and types.
